Advanced Troubleshooting and Board-Level Diagnostics

Building upon foundational knowledge, this course equips students with advanced skills for diagnosing complex malfunctions in clinical laboratory analyzers. It delves into the interpretation of electrical schematics and block diagrams, providing practical experience in signal tracing, power supply analysis, and the troubleshooting of control boards and various sensors. Students will learn systematic fault isolation techniques, understand the nuances of component-level repair versus module replacement, and effectively utilize service documentation. The curriculum integrates hands-on laboratory exercises to reinforce theoretical concepts, preparing technicians for challenging diagnostic scenarios and fostering independent problem-solving capabilities essential for high-level field service roles.
